The Red Eagles will meet today with the Japanese Urawa Reds team in the match to decide third and fourth place and the winner of the bronze medal in the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup held in Saudi Arabia.

The match begins at 4:30p.m. Cairo time at Prince Abdullah Al Faisal City Stadium in Jeddah. 

Throughout history in the tournament, we've met once with a team from Japan, and it was in the 2012 FIFA Club World Cup, when we met with the Sanfrecce Hiroshima team in the first round and we won 2-1. 

Now we are participating in the 2023 FIFA Club World Cup for the ninth time out of 20 editions in the history of the tournament. Also, we are the second most participating club in the world in the tournament after New Zealand’s Auckland City. We played 24 matches which put us as the most played team in the tournament.
